What are mobile payments?
1. Payments made using a mobile device with the help of apps and pre-set payments to a card. A good example would be Paypal.
2. Payments made using your mobile phone and charged to your mobile phone bill. For example charity donation and broadcast interactive voting, or voice call that provides access to services.
