The award is given to those partnerships who demonstrate in-depth product and industry knowledge and show commitment to embracing the latest developments and innovations to drive market-leading customer propositions.

The award also recognises performance, capability and customer experience. The programme framework is designed around 4 tiers: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
